RORO for vehicles and machinery.

Cars, trucks, buses, tractors and wheeled machinery driven on and off the vessel. No container, less handling, lower cost for cargo that rolls.

Cargo that drives on and off.

Roll-on/roll-off

RORO vessels carry wheeled cargo on internal decks. Your vehicle or machine is driven aboard at the port of loading and driven off at destination, with no crane lift and no container. That means less handling and lower costs.

We book the space, prepare the documents and clear the cargo at the Egyptian port, so one team follows the unit from booking to delivery.

Questions about RORO.

All FAQs

What can go by RORO?

Anything that rolls: cars, trucks, buses, trailers, tractors and wheeled or tracked machinery that can be driven or towed aboard.

Is RORO cheaper than a container?

For vehicles and large machines, usually yes, because there is no container to hire and less handling at each port.

Do you clear imported vehicles?

Yes, we clear wheeled cargo at the Egyptian port. Vehicle imports can need extra approvals, so send us the details first and we will confirm what applies.
