Every cargo has its own paperwork.
Garments, food, chemicals, furniture and machinery each bring different documents, permits and timing. Here is what we handle for each, so your cargo clears and arrives on plan.

Garments and QIZ.
Our home industry · Three Stars Group
We are the logistics arm of a garment manufacturer. We know this cargo from the inside.
Inside Three Stars Group we move fabric, trims and accessories in, and finished garments out to retailers in the United States, Europe and the Gulf. That means consolidation of orders, flat-pack and garment-on-hanger packing, export documents and Egyptian customs clearance.

The challenge
- Delivery dates follow the retailer's season, so a missed sailing can mean a missed launch.
- Each market asks for its own proof of origin: QIZ paperwork for the US, EUR.1 or EUR-MED for the EU, Arab League certificates for GAFTA markets.
- QIZ garments need 35% qualifying content, including 10.5% Israeli inputs, and the paperwork has to prove it.
- Retailers set their own packing rules: folded and boxed, or on hangers.
How we handle it
- Imports of fabric, yarn, trims and accessories, including into free zones
- Consolidation of several factories' orders into one shipment
- Flat-pack and garment-on-hanger (GOH) shipments
- QIZ paperwork for garments shipped to the United States
- EUR.1 or EUR-MED for duty-free entry into the European Union; Arab League certificates for GAFTA markets
- Sea freight for programs, air freight for samples and urgent re-orders

Food and agri exports.
Export · time-critical
Fresh produce and packed food cannot wait at the port.
Food exports live by shipping windows and certificates. We book the sailing or flight around your harvest or production date, prepare the export documents and coordinate the inspections and certificates your buyer's market requires.
The challenge
- The harvest or production date fixes the shipping window; a missed sailing costs freshness.
- Every sea export booking now needs a 19-digit UCR from Nafeza. Without it the carrier rejects the booking, and split bookings are no longer accepted.
- The buyer's market decides the certificates: phytosanitary or health certificates, plus a certificate of origin such as EUR.1, GAFTA or COMESA.
- Red Sea and Gulf routings can change voyage by voyage, which matters most for perishable cargo.
How we handle it
- Sea and air bookings planned around harvest and production dates
- Reefer containers for chilled and frozen cargo
- Export clearance with the inspections food exports need
- Certificates of origin (EUR.1/EUR-MED, GAFTA, COMESA) and phytosanitary or health certificates, coordinated with the issuing authorities
- UCR set-up for every sea export booking
- Trucking from farm, packhouse or factory to the port
03
Chemicals.
Import + export · documented
Chemicals clear fast when the paperwork is right the first time.
Industrial chemicals and raw materials need accurate HS classification, safety data sheets and, for some products, approvals before import. We check the file before the cargo sails, so nothing is held at the port waiting for a missing approval.
The challenge
- The HS code decides the duty and whether an import approval is needed, so it has to be right before shipping.
- Regulated products travel with a safety data sheet (SDS, often called MSDS).
- Dangerous goods by sea need a dangerous goods declaration under the IMDG Code, and not every line or vessel accepts every class.
- Names, HS codes, values and weights must match across the ACID, invoice, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
How we handle it
- HS classification and import-approval checks before shipping
- Safety data sheets and declarations for regulated products, collected from the shipper and checked against the booking
- Dangerous goods: we coordinate the declaration with the shipper and book with carriers that accept the cargo
- FCL and LCL imports of raw materials, exports of finished products
04
Furniture.
Bulky · high volume
Furniture fills a container by volume, not weight. Plan it well and you ship less air.
Whether you export finished furniture or import fittings and materials, the cost is in the cubic metres. We help you choose between FCL and consolidated LCL, plan the load, and protect the goods from factory to port.
The challenge
- Freight is priced by space: furniture fills a container long before it reaches the weight limit.
- Finished pieces scratch and break when they are loaded loose or badly secured.
- A small workshop rarely fills a container on its own.
How we handle it
- FCL and LCL exports of finished furniture
- Imports of fittings, hardware and materials
- Consolidation of several workshops' orders into one container
- Trucking from the workshop to the port
05
Engineering.
Machinery · spare parts · equipment
A machine waiting at the port can stop a production line.
Engineering cargo ranges from urgent spare parts to complete production lines. We move small parts by air, machines by sea or RORO, and plan clearance and delivery so the equipment reaches your site when the installation team expects it.
The challenge
- An urgent spare part is worth more on a plane than in a container.
- Oversized machines do not fit a standard box; they need open-top or flat-rack containers, or a RORO sailing.
- Delivery has to match the installation team's schedule on site.
How we handle it
- Air freight for urgent spare parts
- Sea freight and RORO for machinery and vehicles
- Out-of-gauge cargo on open-top or flat-rack containers
- Clearance of machinery and production lines, including temporary admission where it applies
- Delivery to site
